Colombia Medical Guide (“we”) operates colombiamedicalguide.co. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.
What we collect
- Information you send us — via the contact form (name, email, phone, location, procedure interest, message) or by WhatsApp/email. We use it to respond to you and, where relevant, to connect you with resources or providers you've asked about.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This may involve cookies; you can block them in your browser or use Google's opt-out tools.
Health-related information
Anything you share about procedures or health is provided voluntarily so we can point you to relevant resources. We are not a healthcare provider, we don't provide medical advice, and you should share only what you're comfortable sharing. Detailed medical information belongs with the providers who treat you.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for. We share contact details with a provider or resource only when that's the purpose of your request.
Third-party links and affiliates
Our site links to other websites in our network and to third parties, and some links are referral or affiliate links (disclosed on our About page). Third-party sites have their own privacy policies.
Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence as long as needed to help you and for our records. Want your information deleted? Email andy@colombiamedical.co and we'll take care of it.
